First elected to the Philippine Senate in 1995, Senator Honasan is a distinguished independent leader with a notable military background. A graduate of the Philippine Military Academy, he played a pivotal role in the 1986 EDSA People Power Revolution and has since dedicated his career to advocating for social justice, national security, and legislative reforms. Over his four terms, he has championed landmark laws, including the Clean Air Act and the Freedom of Information Bill. Honasan is known for his unwavering loyalty, commitment to service, and belief in fostering a nation of heroes for future generations.
Independent Director of Alliance Global Group, Inc. since September 2007, Mr. Ortiz-Luis served as Vice-Chairman from 2007 to 2018. He is the President of the Philippine Exporters Confederation, Inc. (PHILEXPORT) and holds key positions as Honorary Chairman of the Philippine Chamber of Commerce & Industry and Integrated Concepts & Solutions, Inc.
Additionally, he is Vice Chairman of the Export Development Council and serves on the boards of various companies, including Waterfront Philippines, Inc. and Jolliville Holdings. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Liberal Arts and Business Administration, is a candidate for an MBA at De La Salle College, and has earned multiple PhDs in Humanities, Business Technology, and Business Administration.
Consul Enunina “Nina” Mangio is the President of the Philippine Chamber of Commerce and Industry (PCCI), having assumed office in 2024 after her election in December 2023. She is the third female president in PCCI's history and previously served as Vice President for Regional Affairs, representing a membership of 30,000 businesses.
Mangio is committed to attracting local and foreign investments, promoting entrepreneurship, and creating job opportunities. In addition to her role at PCCI, she is an Honorary Consul of the Republic of Liberia in West Africa. She holds degrees in Mechanical and Chemical Engineering from Mapua Institute of Technology and a Master’s in Business Management from Ateneo Graduate School of Business.
Tereso O. Panga was appointed Director General of PEZA by President Marcos on March 23, 2023. With 24 years of experience at PEZA, he has previously served as Division Chief of Policy Planning and Deputy Director General for Policy and Planning.
- A Career Executive Service (CES) eligible professional, Mr. Panga specializes in policy and planning, ecozone development, and digital transformation. He holds a BA in Comparative Literature and an MA in Industrial Relations from the University of the Philippines and has completed executive courses in Singapore.
- His accolades include being a Top 10 National Finalist at the 2015 Presidential Gawad Career Executive Service Awards and the 2023 Heroes’ Outstanding Leader in Economic Development. In 2024, he received the UP Alumni Association Distinguished Alumni Award for Economic Development.
